What is included in a standard yacht charter?
All our charters include professional crew, safety equipment, fuel, and basic refreshments. Specific inclusions vary by service type — for instance, sunset cruises include premium refreshments and appetizers, while corporate charters provide meeting facilities and business catering options.
How far in advance should I book?
Booking is recommended at least 2–3 weeks prior, especially during high season (May–September). For corporate events and special celebrations, reserve 4–6 weeks early to secure availability and customization time.
What happens if weather conditions are poor?
Safety is our top priority. In the event of unsafe weather as determined by our captain, we will propose an alternative charter date or issue a complete refund. We vigilantly monitor weather forecasts and will update you if the outlook is dubious 24 hours before departure.
Can I bring my own food and beverages?
You are welcome to supply your own food and non-alcoholic drinks. Nevertheless, we offer exceptional catering services with customizable menu options. Please be aware that glass containers are prohibited onboard due to safety concerns.
Are your yachts accessible for guests with mobility limitations?
We aim to be inclusive for all guests. Some of our yachts are more accessible than others. When booking, discuss your requirements with us, and we'll suggest the most appropriate vessel and arrange any necessary provisions.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations received more than 72 hours before departure are fully refunded. Those made between 24 to 72 hours prior to departure get a 50% refund. No refund is available for cancellations within 24 hours, unless due to our own mechanical issues or weather conditions.
